I’ve been dreaming about making Necessity Coffee for a long time! I want to make it a special experience for everyone who comes across it.

It’s my hope that when you enjoy a cup of coffee from Necessity you are excited about what you’re drinking and that it leaves you with a memorable experience.

This coffee is blown as a way! We can’t give it enough praise! Our Colombia, Las Flores is a special coffee and we have a limited amount of it! This coffee is a carbonic maceration coffee. Which basically means that during the fermentation proc
